PolyAgent

A free Polymarket bot that runs on your own computer

No fee per trade, no subscription, nothing hosted. PolyAgent runs on your machine and trades from the wallet you already use, inside limits you set.

What it can run for you

Scheduled jobs
Buy scans, position reviews and custom jobs, on an interval or once a day. Set the hours they are allowed to run, and they catch up after your machine sleeps.
A live run log
Every run is logged with what it looked at, what it decided and what each run cost in tokens. Pause everything from one switch.
Price alerts
Set an alert from any market page. The desktop notification opens the market when it fires.
Position reviews
The analyst re-reads your open positions on a schedule and gives each one a Hold, Sell, Trim or Add view with its reasoning.

Exit rules that run without you

Give a position a take-profit price, a stop-loss price, or an instruction to sell a set number of hours before the market ends. When a review runs and a rule is met, the app either sells or files a proposal for you, whichever you chose.

Worth being precise about this: these rules are checked when a scheduled review runs. They are not resting stop orders sitting on Polymarket’s order book, and nothing is checked while your computer is off.

Limits, and the switch that stops everything

Per-trade limit
The most that can go into any single trade.
Daily limit
The most that can be spent in a day, across everything.
Open exposure limit
A ceiling on how much can be live in the market at once.
Proposal mode by default
Nothing executes until you confirm it. Auto mode is opt-in, per mandate, and stays inside the limits above.
A kill switch
One switch stops every job, the analyst and the bot. Pending proposals expire on their own when the edge disappears.
No path to your money
Automation can buy and sell. It can never withdraw or transfer, and a test in the codebase enforces that.

The 5-minute crypto bot

Six coins
The short Up/Down rounds on BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE and BNB, priced from a live Coinbase feed.
Two strategies
Constellation watches all six coins; BTC & ETH Rules trades just those two. Each has Selective, Balanced and Aggressive presets.
Risk controls
Buy and avoid bands, DCA with a price floor, a trading-hours grid, a per-trade ceiling, a bankroll ceiling and a daily stop-loss.
Post-only buys
Orders rest on the book rather than crossing it, so they pay no taker fee. Winnings are redeemed for you.
Replay and a P&L calculator
Step back through past rounds to see what the rules did and what it made or lost, before you let it trade.
Off by default
It makes no network requests at all while it is switched off.

It keeps running when the window is closed

PolyAgent lives in the tray or menu bar with your pending proposals, job status and a Stop AI button. It can launch at login and start hidden, so jobs, alerts and the bot keep going without a window open. Notifications respect quiet hours.

It runs while your computer runs. There is no server doing this for you when the machine is asleep — that is the trade for having no account, no cloud and no cut of your trades.

What it costs

Nothing. No licence, no subscription, no percentage of a trade. Polymarket charges its own fees on some markets exactly as it does on the website, and your AI provider bills you for what the model uses — or you point the app at a local Ollama model and pay nothing at all.

What it will not do

It does not guarantee a profit, and automated trading can lose money through bugs, stale data or a market moving against you. It does not copy other traders. It does not run while your computer is off. It follows Polymarket’s location rules and does not work around them. Nothing it produces is financial advice.
