PolyAgent

PolyAgent vs the Polymarket website

Same account, same markets, same Polymarket fees. PolyAgent is a desktop client for the exchange you already use — here is exactly what it adds, and where the website is still the better choice.

What is identical

PolyAgent is not a separate exchange and holds none of your money. It trades on Polymarket, from the wallet your polymarket.com account already uses, against the same order books and the same markets. Your positions, balance and history are the same ones you see on the website, and Polymarket’s own fees apply exactly as they do there. Deposits and withdrawals go through the same routes.

Checked against polymarket.com and its published documentation on 1 October 2026. Polymarket ships changes often, so treat this as a snapshot. PolyAgent is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket.

Where the website is the better choice

Polymarket has native iOS and Android apps; PolyAgent is desktop only, so there is nothing to use from your phone. The website needs no install and no private key — you log in with email and Polymarket custodies the key for you, which is the right trade for most people. PolyAgent asks you to export that key so it can sign locally, and if you lose it, nobody can restore it.

And because PolyAgent runs on your machine rather than a server, its jobs and bot only run while that machine is on.

What PolyAgent adds

Three things the website has no equivalent for. An AI analyst that researches markets and files trade proposals, with the maths — edge, EV and quarter-Kelly sizing — computed by the app from live data rather than guessed by the model. Automation: scheduled scans and position reviews, exit rules, alerts and a 5-minute crypto bot, all inside limits you set. More on how that works. And order tools: limit orders that chase the best price while staying post-only, with the expiry you pick.
